Amenities

Each home has a two-car garage and a private driveway. These spaces are for the exclusive use of the household occupying the home. Limited additional parking is available in designated areas throughout the community for residents and guests. All vehicles must be parked only in these approved areas. Parking in another resident’s driveway or blocking any driveway, including your own neighbor’s, is strictly prohibited. Vehicles found in violation of this policy may be subject to enforcement action, including towing, at the owner’s expense.
