How can I tour Clear Ridge Townhomes?

We offer self-guided tours from 7 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week. You are able to schedule a tour here.

How do I apply for a townhome?

Start by filling out an application here. Once the application is submitted, you will receive a link from Vero to verify your identity and income.

What is the security deposit?

​The typical security deposit is $1,000. However, the final deposit amount may vary based on screening results and may be up to one month of rent. If you are unable to pay the full security deposit upfront, we offer an alternative through Obligo, a no-deposit solution that allows residents to pay a monthly fee instead of the full deposit.

What type of flooring is in the units?

​All homes feature LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring throughout the unit.

Do you offer recycling?

​Yes for $20*/month (*rates are subject to change)

Are there household size limits?

​Yes. In accordance with City of Wichita ordinances, the occupancy limit is two persons per bedroom, meaning a maximum of eight occupants are permitted in a four-bedroom home.

What school district is the community located in?

The community is split between the Andover School District and the Wichita School District, depending on the specific location within the community.

Who handles lawn care and snow removal?

The City of Wichita clears the streets. Residents are responsible for clearing their individual driveways and sidewalks.

What is the difference between Clear Ridge North & Clear Ridge South?

The two communities are located about 10 minutes apart.

Clear Ridge South is located at 13609 E Pawnee St, Wichita, KS. This community offers three different floor plans. Two of the layouts are 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath homes. One features a separate, closed-off living room, while the other has an open-concept living room. There is also a 4-bedroom, 3-bath floor plan with the same layout as Jackson Heights, but with different kitchen color selections.

Clear Ridge North is located at 321 N Jackson Heights St, Wichita, KS 67230. All homes at this community share the same layout. The only differences between units are the kitchen countertop style and color selections.
